'What our community says about school'

Six children from every class in school, three boys and three girls, were chosen at random to spend some time talking to a governor representative about what it is like to be a pupil at the school.

The children were then given time to write down their thoughts individually. Some children drew pictures, some wrote a list, others wrote a short piece of writing, whilst others dictated what they wanted to say to a scribe.

All of the responses were then collated and are presented below. The names of the children on each slide are the names of the children who made the comment that appears on the slide.

Governors are grateful to all of the children who took the time to share what it is like to be a pupil at The Blake School.
