Every year the staff and governors use feedback from the parent/carer, staff and children's surveys, alongside their knowledge of the school, to help them determine what the school's development priorities for the forthcoming academic year will be.
For the academic year 2024/25 development priorities will be -
1. To equip children with a range of strategies to protect and manage their mental health.
2. To grow great people by investing further in distributed leadership and the shadowing of key roles.
3. To further embed and enrich the curriculum, including securing non-negotiables across all curriculum areas.
